The hotel's remote location was a plus. The restaurant had a good variety of food, including warm dishes.- Iglesia Monte Calvario was conveniently located just 5 km away from the property.

The shuttle was there to meet us. It was 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast was fabulous!

Well, it was an excellent stay during recent business trip. The location was amazing, quite a walk from Pharaoh's Casino.
Some people working there were not that friendly.

Rooms were very nice, spacious and the pool area was great with bar service until early evening. Very close to airport 5 mins so the shuttle was very handy....
The staff were not helpful, Reception staff were very rude when we asked for information to get somewhere...Its a shame because the hotel was really nice. We booked the shuttle to pick us up on arrival I got an email confirmation , but the shuttle did not pick us up... We had to get a taxi...

I requested that our rooms be next to each other but the hotel was unable to accommodate this request. It was important as the family wanted to be close together for safety, convenience, etc. I actually would have gone to another hotel if we had not arrived so late.

Close to the airport
Service and cost for what it was. Both are credit cards were billed. One person a the desk at check out all quests waiting at the desk and trying to get the shuttle had to wait 30 minutes to check out finally just left keys as we had prepaid.
